I am a certified 200 hour, hatha yoga teacher, I am dedicated to helping my students achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through the practice of yoga. I believe that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a way of life that can transform one’s entire being. My approach to teaching yoga is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, while also incorporating modern scientific insights and techniques.

As a yoga teacher, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where all students, regardless of their level of experience, can feel comfortable and supported in their practice.
